Construction projects pay much attention to reinforcement, and the degree of reinforcement is very important for a building. The commonly used reinforcement method is to weld steel and steel plates. This method will increase the size of the structure to a certain extent, causing an increase in the weight of the structure and a change in the rigidity, leading to a redistribution of the internal force of the structure. In addition, mechanical equipment must be used in construction, especially when working at high altitudes, which is difficult and dangerous. Therefore, in construction, some lightweight reinforcement materials such as carbon fiber, aramid cloth, etc. are preferred. What are the basic steps for aramid cloth reinforcement construction? It can be carried out according to the following requirements.
1. Construction preparation;
2. Surface treatment of concrete components: remove the weathered layer and plaster layer with insufficient strength, and repair the surface to make it smooth;
3. After the concrete surface is leveled, clean it before applying the primer;
4. Prepare and apply the base layer. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Cut the aramid cloth according to the requirements of the construction drawings;
(2) Mark the ink line;
(3) Prepare the impregnation resin;
(4) Apply the base layer impregnation resin;
(5) Paste the aramid fiber cloth. Paste the aramid fiber cloth according to the construction drawings. Use a roller to repeatedly roll the aramid fiber cloth to make it tightly bonded to the concrete;
(6) Apply the outer layer impregnation resin. After the resin of the base layer penetrates the fiber cloth, the outer layer needs to be coated with resin again. Use a roller to evenly apply the resin along the fiber direction of the aramid cloth, and roll repeatedly to remove residual bubbles, so that the aramid cloth, resin and concrete components are bonded together;
(7) Multi-layer pasting: When aramid cloth is pasted in 2 or more layers, repeat the above construction process;
(8) Maintenance.
