Production and quality management are carried out in strict compliance with the following standards, ensuring that every product delivers stable, high-quality, and reliable performance.
nternational Quality Management System Standard
U.S. Standard for Flame-Resistant Garments for Industrial Protection
EN 11612
EU PPE Personal Protective Equipment Standards
Aramid fiber forms the quality foundation of flame-resistant fabrics. Every batch of incoming fiber undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure key indicators such as fiber fineness, strength, and heat resistance meet production requirements. Substandard raw materials are strictly rejected before warehousing.
During the weaving stage, regular spot checks are conducted on greige fabric weight, density, and width. Weaving parameters are verified against process standards, and any deviations are immediately corrected to prevent defects from passing to downstream processes.
Flame-retardant finishing is the critical step that determines a fabric's protective performance. Process parameters — including finishing solution concentration, wet pick-up rate, and curing temperature — are monitored in real time to ensure uniform treatment across every meter of fabric.
Every batch of finished fabric must pass final inspection before leaving the factory. Comprehensive performance verification is conducted in accordance with international standards. Substandard products are strictly prohibited from shipment.
