The production process of aramid waste aramid yarn
The production process of aramid waste aramid yarn mainly includes the following steps:
1. Recycle, collect and process waste aramid materials to remove impurities and pollutants;
2. Crush, pulverize and mix the treated aramid waste to form recycled materials;
3. Add the recycled materials to the production process of aramid yarn and mix them with fresh virgin materials;
4. Draw or wind the mixed materials into aramid yarn and carry out subsequent processing.
