150gsm Para Aramid Fabric
Aramid staple fiber woven fabric is a high-performance textile material made of aramid staple fibers through a weaving process. Aramid fiber (also known as aromatic polyamide fiber) is a synthetic fiber with excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in various industrial and high-tech fields.
Main features of aramid staple fiber woven fabric:
High strength and high toughness: Aramid fiber has extremely high tensile strength, which is more than five times that of steel wire, but its density is much lower than that of steel. Therefore, it can provide excellent strength and toughness in lightweight structures.
High temperature resistance and flame retardancy: Aramid fiber can maintain stable performance at high temperatures, usually able to withstand temperatures above 300°C, and will not burn when exposed to fire, with excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance.
Cutting and puncture resistance: Due to the special structure of aramid fiber, it has excellent cutting and puncture resistance and is widely used in protective materials.
Lightweight and comfortable: Aramid fiber has a lower density, and the woven fabric made of it is lighter than metal or other synthetic materials, so it has obvious advantages in occasions where high-strength lightweight materials are required.

Performance and characteristics
Application areas:
Bulletproof vests, protective clothing: Aramid staple woven fabrics are often used to manufacture protective equipment such as bulletproof vests and helmets due to their good impact resistance and protective properties.
Composite reinforcement: This material is widely used in aerospace and military equipment as a reinforcement of composite materials to improve the strength and durability of the material.
Automotive industry: Used in automobile tires, brake pads and other parts to enhance their wear resistance and high temperature performance.
Cable and optical fiber protective layer: Due to its high temperature resistance and chemical stability, aramid staple woven fabrics are often used in cable sheaths and optical fiber reinforcement materials.
